Dr. Vanessa Ewing graduated from the Indiana University School of Optometry with high honors in 2007. She completed internships at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, FL and Indiana University in Indianapolis and Bloomington, IN. She went on to complete an intensive ocular disease residency with Bennett and Bloom Eye Centers in Louisville, KY. She joined their team shortly after as a consultative optometrist managing medical, surgical and refractive eye care. Dr. Ewing has given numerous continuing education lectures to her peers at the local and state levels. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society, and a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.
Vanessa and her husband, Matthew, are active in the Boise community. She enjoys running, playing golf, skiing, and watching IU basketball.
